SUPER Belts
SUPER belts are manufactured using polyester cords and are based on chloroprene rubber compounds, which ensure durability and resistance to temperature and environmental conditions.
Features:
- Polyester cord – maximum elongation during operation up to 1.5% of the belt length
- Rubber compounds – based on chloroprene rubber with additional textile reinforcement
- High transverse rigidity for significantly extended service life
- Wear-resistant and flexible wrap made from cotton-polyester fabric
- Temperature resistance from -30°C to +85°C
- Oil resistance
- Antistatic properties in accordance with ISO 1813
- Compliant with REACH and RoHS
Available SUPER Belt Range:
- Classical belts: Z, A, B, 20x12.5, C, 25x16, D, HDM, E, 36x23.5;
- Wide-profile belts: HI, HJ, HK, HL, HM, 62x25;
- Joined belts: A BP, B BP, C BP;
- Double-sided belts: HAA, HBB, HCC.
