Thermoplastic Seals for Sunroofs
Thermoplastic Body Seals
In response to the growing market demands for sustainable development, we are developing advanced body sealing solutions based on thermoplastic materials. Our work focuses on dynamic seals—such as those for door and trunk cavities—that require innovative technology for producing thermoplastic carriers based on PP.
The expected outcomes include reduced product weight, a smaller carbon footprint, the elimination of the painting process, and full recyclability.
Devulcanisation
Advanced technology enables the processing of vulcanized rubber waste and its reuse in production. As a result, we reduce the amount of waste, lower the consumption of virgin raw materials, and support the goals of a circular economy by minimizing the environmental impact of our operations.
The secondary raw material obtained in the process retains high performance properties, allowing for its broad application in our products. This solution combines innovation with environmental responsibility and represents a key element of our sustainable development strategy.
