DURO™ Belts
DURO™ V-belts are designed for operation in explosion-hazard zones, particularly in underground mining sites, mills, and liquid fuel transfer stations.
These belts meet the requirements for flame resistance, anti-static properties, non-toxicity, and the strength necessary for effective cooperation with working machinery.
Key Features:
- Polyester cord – maximum elongation during operation up to 1.5% of the belt length
- Rubber compounds – based on chloroprene rubber
- Belt core – made from rubber compounds with textile reinforcement for added resistance to deformation and compression
- Abrasion-resistant and flexible cover – made from cotton-polyester fabric
- Flame resistance – compliant with PN-EN 1710+A1 standard
- Non-toxic
- Anti-static – compliant with ISO 1813
- Temperature resistance – from -35°C to +100°C
- Oil resistance

- Narrow profile belts: SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, 13.4x10.7
- Classical belts: Z, A, B, 20x12.5, C, 25x16, D, E
