Our production is based on raw materials compliant with the REACH regulation issued by the European Parliament and the Council of the EU. This ensures, among other things, a high level of health and environmental protection.

Rubber Compounds

The production of rubber compounds is based on raw materials compliant with REACH requirements, sourced from reliable, long-term suppliers.

The compounds are primarily based on the following types of rubber: bromobutyl, chlorobutyl, isoprene, butadiene-acrylonitrile (NBR), and ethylene-propylene (EPDM).
The products are free from natural rubber (Latex-Free) and do not contain substances listed as “Substances of Very High Concern” (SVHC).
Vulcanization is carried out using the injection molding method.

Safety

The highest levels of safety, cleanliness, and product quality are ensured by strict quality control standards at every stage of the process, along with optional 100% automatic visual inspection of product surfaces. Product quality and cleanliness parameters are fully monitored through laboratory tests agreed upon with the customer. Products released for commercial distribution are ready for sterilization or immediate use.
