OptimumPRO™ Belts
OptimumPRO™ belts are designed for use in high-load transmissions operating under frequent overload conditions, especially where belt tension adjustment is difficult or impossible.
Typical applications include: pumps, compressors, crushers, presses, fans, and all other equipment exposed to heavy loads.
OptimumPRO™ Belts – Features:
- Maintenance-free – specially impregnated polyester cord ensures minimal elongation during operation
- High performance – up to 70% higher power ratings compared to SOLID belts
- Rubber compounds based on chloroprene rubber
- Belt core made from rubber compounds with added textile reinforcement for enhanced deformation resistance and compression durability
- High-quality wrap significantly extends belt service life
- Suitable for use with external tensioning pulleys
- Manufactured to L=L tolerance – enables matching belts into sets without the need for length measurement
- Temperature resistance from -35°C to +100°C
- Oil resistance
- Antistatic properties in accordance with ISO 1813
- REACH and RoHS compliant

- Single narrow-profile belts: SPA, SPB, SPC, 5V/15N, 8V/25N;
- Joined narrow-profile belts: SPA BP, SPB BP, SPC BP, 5V/15J, 8V/25J.
