SUPER K Belts
SUPER K belts are recommended for transmissions where belt tensioning is limited or where access for tension adjustment is difficult, as well as in applications involving high or shock loads.
Examples of use include: stone crushers, asphalt milling machines, drive belts for combines, transmissions with an idler pulley, and similar demanding systems.
SUPER K Belts – Features:
- Aramid cord – maximum elongation during operation up to 0.5% of the belt length
- Increased tear resistance – up to 200%
- Rubber compounds based on chloroprene rubber with additional textile reinforcement
- High transverse stiffness for significantly extended belt life
- Wear-resistant yet flexible wrap made of cotton-polyester fabric
- Temperature resistance from -30°C to +100°C
- Oil resistance
- Antistatic properties in accordance with ISO 1813
- REACH and RoHS compliant
