Stomet Sp. z o.o. was established in 1992 through the merger of the tool shop and maintenance department of STOMIL SANOK S.A. (now Sanok Rubber Company S.A.).
The tradition of manufacturing molds, tooling, and equipment for rubber product production is linked to the Central Industrial District, within which Polska Spółka dla Przemysłu Gumowego S.A. (Polish Company for the Rubber Industry) began operations in 1932 under the name SANOK.
As part of its systematic development, STOMET expanded its activities to include the serial production of metal parts for the automotive industry.
Over the years, the company has designed and manufactured numerous molds and unique production devices that operate not only in Sanok Rubber Company S.A. facilities but also in other companies.
